Terms of Service for WidgetGuard AI

Use of the service

WidgetGuard AI provides software-assisted QA reports for Android widgets. Reports are informational and do not guarantee Play Store approval, legal compliance, accessibility compliance, security certification, or absence of defects.

Customer responsibilities

Customers are responsible for their apps, widgets, prompts, screenshots, manifests, release decisions, disclosures, user permissions, store submissions, and compliance with applicable laws, platform rules, third-party terms, and accessibility requirements.

Plans, billing, and checkout

Paid plans are presented before checkout. Annual billing may be discounted compared with monthly billing. NOWPayments is used for hosted payment processing, and payment confirmation can depend on blockchain or provider settlement status.

Refunds and support

Refund requests and billing questions should be sent to support@aigeamy.com. Unless a mandatory law requires otherwise, fees already paid are not automatically refundable after service access, report generation, or usage begins. We will review reasonable support and refund requests in good faith.

Acceptable use

Users may not upload unlawful content, attempt to disrupt the service, probe infrastructure without authorization, evade payment, misuse generated reports, infringe third-party rights, or use the service to create deceptive, harmful, or non-compliant app behavior.

AI-assisted outputs

The service may use automated analysis and language models. Outputs may be incomplete or incorrect. Customers must review all reports, disclosures, and recommendations before relying on them.

Intellectual property

WidgetGuard AI and related site materials are owned by the service operator or licensors. Customers retain rights in materials they submit, subject to the limited rights needed to operate, secure, support, and improve the service.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service, including features, limits, pricing, and third-party integrations. We aim to maintain practical availability but do not promise uninterrupted service.

Disclaimers

The service is provided on an as-is and as-available basis to the maximum extent allowed by law. We disclaim implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent allowed by law, WidgetGuard AI will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, lost data, store rejection, business interruption, or third-party claims. Our aggregate liability for paid services is limited to the amount paid for the service in the three months before the event giving rise to the claim.
